How your typical day would go:

  • Communicate and collaborate with end-users, management, team members,peers, other not-IT functions team members and suppliers as required.

  • Perform data analysis, research and reporting, execute approvedprocedures in support of IT lease, mobile telecom and teleconferencing servicesmanagement, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Perform assigned IT lease administration activities includingrequisition requests according to frame contracts, iProc IS hierarchymonitoring, invoicing validation and payment, internal cost re-allocation,invoice rejection resolution, leased assets buyout, disputed assets management,and BU, Customer and trend expense reporting

  • Perform assigned Mobile and Teleconferencing administration activitiesincluding invoicing validation and payment, internal cost re-allocation,invoice rejection resolution, orphaned assets management, cellularrecommendation reporting & follow up, Journal entry and invoice claimingagainst PO documents preparation, detailed mobile usage reporting and BU,Customer and trend expense reporting

  • Perform assigned administration activities including invoicingvalidation and payment, internal cost re-allocation, reporting for otherassigned areas (e.g. Asset Property Tax, Managed Printer Services, Travel)

  • Collect mobile telecom invoice data from each supported country, checkthey are in the proper format and upload them into the Arconic Phone CostSystem (APCS), follow up on pending information to be uploaded in APCS orissues with regards the mobile telecom infrastructure assets

  • Execute, maintain and ensure data accuracy and process compliance ofinformation within our identified asset management system and toolsets indirect support of IT lease, mobile telecom, teleconferencing, travel andmanaged printers expenses and invoicing management

  • Single Point of Accountability for DI Administration & Reporting ofassigned GBS IS Departments

  • Assist in the development of reporting and process improvement toaddress management requirements for information.

  • Manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) process in assigned area(s) ofresponsibility.

  • Follow verbal or written instructions as well as appropriatemethodologies, support processes, and procedures.

  • Keep track of received data and source documents.
  • Communicate with preparers of source data (Central Teams and suppliers)to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.

  • Perform other tasks and ad-hoc projects at the manager’sdiscretion.

We will like you if you have:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Communication skills, English proficiency (verbal and written)
  • 3 – 5 years of practical experience in IS, specifically with service delivery, and supporting and enhancing services.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Able to provide work direction to mid-size teams.
  • Strong human relation skills, and be able to interact with internal and external customers, suppliers, other analysts/technologists, and GIS management.
  • Is familiar with application and infrastructure support processes.
  • Broad familiarity with Arconic’s business environment.
